Mechanisms of molecular recognition and function. DNA-supramolecular structures with small as well as large molecules: chiral substitution-inert metal complexes and peptide nucleic acids. Spectroscopy with polarized light (flow dichroism) addressing biomolecular structures, e.g. 3D structure of DNA-recombinase complex in solution. Cell-penetrating pepides, membrane translocation mechanisms. |
